About Myself

After completion my bachelor degree, I started my work and joined as In-Charge in training division of a Degree College. My sincere hard work made me a dependable and faithful personality to the learner and employer. I updated myself at right time by joining to the advance course. During this time I have started software development for freelance support. Budgeting, planning, curriculum designing, coordination & conduction and moreover follow up and implementation has became the main focused work.  

During this period, I changed my workplace from Kolkata to Bangalore. Over sixteen years of experiences make me strong enough to handle tough situation. I became a perfect researcher to fulfill the clients need and also understood learner’s psychology in virtual classroom platform. I also enjoy the good times with family, friends and students. Holiday satisfactions with family really vibrate me.    

After joining to Manipal Group, Bangalore, I have boost up myself and given the best effort at my work.  I am honoured as head of corporate trainer & content designer for E-Learning Platform. We were using the platform Zoomla & Moodle combination with PHP and MySql database. I have the deep exposure on Technology Enabled Learning and LMS under the project of Manipal Group, “EduNxt”. It is the complete 2^nd generation E-Learning solution for University students. I roamed pan India and interacted with the University Study centre directors, faculty members, students and counselor, who are regularly interacting with the system, for perfect development.           

My doctorial research is “Effective Delivery model of Technology Enabled Learning using Psychological Signals”. I have published number of papers in International Conference on E-Learning. My infatuation is to write articles in my blog (http://arindamray.com/wordpress/). It has been offered to take an honour of degree engineering college at New Delhi as Principal over there. I have started E-Learning portal for our bonafied college student (http://e.awadh.org.in) as 24x7 value added service. Faculty members are adding presentation and other contents.
