After completion my bachelor degree, I started my work and joined as an academic faculty. My sincere hard work made me a dependable and faithful personality to the employer and learner. The academic activities rather than administrative attracted me more & more and hence I became a perfect academic professional. I upgraded myself at right time by joining to the Master’s Program. Student’s enthusiasm and greedy memory always inspires me. My students are holding responsible posts all over the country and abroad. I adopted both andragogy and pedagogy mode of teaching and trained with proper curriculum. I continued my updation by joining advanced Master’s Program, which makes me a perfect philosopher. During this period, I changed my workplace number of times. Over thirteen years experiences make me strong enough to handle tough situation. I became a perfect tutor to fulfill student’s need and understand learner’s psychology. I also enjoy the good times with family, friends and students. Holiday satisfaction with wife and son is really vibrating me. Now technology becomes a teaching tool. Like E Commerce, E Business, E Learning is appearing and concurring rapidly into the education system. National and International journals are flashing E Learning as parallel of traditional teaching methodology. Technology Enabled Learning impressed me a lot and helpful for especially corporate learner. I am really enjoying by coordinating faculties and students to meet their thoughtful queries across India and abroad. When I meet students from all regions across India, I found non-stream education becoming stream that is only through Technology Enabled Learning. I conducted more than 30 training and workshops across the country. Now I am responsible to lead my institute to move forward effectively.
